For the first time, the Bitcoin Circular Economies Summit becomes a public conference. After two years of bringing the global Bitcoin circular economies movement together, the 2026 edition opens its doors to a wider audience: leaders, builders, merchants, educators, and anyone who wants to see and understand what Bitcoin adoption looks like on the ground. The thesis driving this edition is more important than ever: Bitcoin is money, and the circular economies are the proof.

Two years of building toward this

For the past two years, our Summits have brought together the people actually building circular economies on the ground around the world. Communities where Bitcoin isn't a speculative asset but a working, daily medium of exchange. What started in El Zonte became a global conversation: builders, merchants, educators, and organizers using Bitcoin to solve real problems in real places.

The 2026 edition opens that conversation up.

The 2026 conference

Two days of public conference, bringing together the leaders, builders, and circular economies driving Bitcoin adoption around the world to discuss the future of Bitcoin and the circular economies movement. The program is built around the questions defining Bitcoin's next phase of adoption:

• Circular economies: what's working, what's scaling, what's next
• Bitcoin for merchants: practical adoption at the point of sale
• Education: onboarding the next million users
• Adoption: pathways from curiosity to daily use
